Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. Guests can only smoke outdoors.
Only visitors that were reported when booking are allowed to stay at the property.
Your check in time is 15:00 on the day of arrival
Your check out time is 10:00 on the day of departure
If you wish, it is possible to extend your departure day. monday-friday 50zł/h saturday-sunday 80zł/h
Guests are obligated to check in and pay for their stay on the day of arrival.
In the event of shortening the duration of stay regardless of the landlord, payment for the unused time is non-refundable.
In the event of non- appearance or resignation of the booked stay under 10 days, deposit (50% of the booking value) is not refundable.
Guest can cancel the reservation at least 10 days before arrival free of charge. By writing an e-mail requesting cancellation, a refund will be made in 7 working days.
Guest will be charged with 50% of the total booking price in case of cancelling the stay 10 days before the arrival.
Complaints should be sent , to our e-mail address ……The processing time for a complaint is 14 working days.
Use of the jacuzzi and sauna is subject to an additional fee. The jacuzzi is electric, ready for guests to use.
Guests use the facilities at their own risk • In the event of necessity of cleaning the jacuzzi or extra cleaning, additional fee must be paid. • Tampering with any devices in the houses will result in calling the service- the tenant covers the costs collected from the deposit.
There is some free wood for the barbecue/fireplace
In the summer 0.2 m2 – larger quantity requires additional fee In the winter Please comply with the health and safety rules while using barbecue The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property. All damages must be reported immediately to the owner. The owner will not in any way be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings. Please try to avoid making any loud noises between 22:00 – 6:00. The contract does not cover the transport to the property, food or ang activities during your stay. The area of the facility is constantly monitored. The landlord may ask to leave the house immediately, without refund if rules and restrictions are not followed. Guests are obliged to turn over the house and keys intact. In the event of losing the key there is a charge of 150 zł. By making a reservation you accept the conditions at the property
